Elara's Story
Elara Evergreen was born under the whispering boughs of Eldertree, a serene elven village nestled high amidst the ancient trees of The Silverwood Vale. From a young age, she was drawn to the melodies of the wind weaving through the leaves and the gentle rustling of the branches overhead. Her parents, guardians of the village’s sacred treasure, taught her the reverence of nature and the intricate ways of the forest.
As she grew, Elara discovered her affinity for the natural world. She would spend hours exploring the labyrinthine branches of Eldertree, learning from the elders about the healing properties of herbs and tthe wisdom of the woodland creatures. Her nimble movements among the treetops earned her the nickname “Quickfoot” among her peers, a testament to her grace and agility.
Despite the tranquility of Eldertree, Elara felt a restless longing
for adventure beyond the familiar boundaries of her village. She dreamed of exploring distant forests, encountering mythical creatures, and unraveling the mysteries whispered by the wind. However her duty was to her village and protecting the village’s sacred treasure. Her heart yearned for knowledge and experiences that lay beyond the horizon of her beloved home, however her duties kept her home.
Eldertree remained her anchor, and Elara continued to cherish its serene beauty and the bonds she shared with her kin. She trained diligently in archery and the art of camouflage, skills that would prove invaluable in protecting her village’s treasure and navigating the dense undergrowth of the forest.
When her village was attacked she had no choice but to take the village’s treasure and leave Eldertree behind.
